Our Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) is an online implementation based on "McAtamney, L. and Corlett, E.N. "RULA -: A survey method for investigation of work-related upper limb disorders. Applied Ergonomics 1993, 24(2), 91-99".

 It is completely free to use and provides a validated method for scoring postures.  It is used worldwide by individuals and organisations requiring a reliable and consistent method of making "snapshot" assessments and prioritising workplace interventions.
