Osmond Group is a privately owned UK reseller and distributor of innovative workplace furniture and accessories. Osmond specialises in products which provide significant ergonomic benefits to users. The range includes office furniture and computer accessories which help organisations improve the performance, productivity and wellbeing of their personnel.
It is our policy to work continually to improve everything we do so as to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
Our goal, therefore, is to create an environment in which every employee is fully committed to the highest standard of personal quality, and that all products and services supplied by Osmond will be fully capable of meeting all the customer's needs.
The overall requirements of the Company's Quality Management System are in accordance with ISO9001 and related legislation. The Management Team will review this system twice each year in order that its effectiveness may be continually improved.
Our aims and goals are contained in our Business Plan and Quality Management System. These are measurable objectives, which are communicated to all employees through regular briefing meetings.
Our corporate integrity and the reliability of our products and services have earned the confidence of our customers and we are always looking for new ways to improve and develop our portfolio. Repeat business and long-term relationships are key aspects of the way we trade.
The Management Team will review this policy on an annual basis to ensure that it continues to reflect the aims and objectives of the Company.
